Carnival Cruise Line Job?

Hello, I would like to get a job on Carnival cruise lines...preferably the new ones such as the Splendor or Dream. Could you tell me what the life of a cruise ship worker is. I either want to be a front desk (the people in the atrium lobby) worker or an assistant cruise director, or even someone in entertainment (by the way, does anyone know what jobs are in entertainment staff on carnival?) Any other info is greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you apply for a job, you will not be able to choose which ship you go on - so you could get on any of them, the oldest or the newest. You have no say in that.

Contracts vary by position and can be anything between 4 months to 10 months. (this is straight work, every day with 10 to 15 hours a day - no days off)
For all positions you need previous land based experience in the same job, for others you need also previous cruise ship experience.
