I would go to the individual companies websites and click on the career or job section. Often times it will be hidden at the bottom or on the top line.

i agree with the answer who gives you the big list of cruise lines;
While most lines contract with Steiner spa and salons of England, several do their own spa and salons "in house" but you need to visit each cruise line’s website and find the link to "employment" – which will usually give you a list of "what we hire for" – and if you read further enough down the page, they might have links for "Jobs in…… (spa) (casino) …." etc. and there they usually say exactly which company they use to staff their salons. Steiner is the biggest, and if you worked with them for a year to get your feet wet, you would have an "in" on getting with another line if you didn’t like that one line.
If you are serious, I would prepare your CV (resume’) perfectly, as if you were applying to a 5-star salon back home. Then, be sure your passport is current and valid for atleast another year.
Then, start to get your affairs in order. For example, if any of your current bills can be paid online, get them set up for that if you aren’t already doing it.
Sort out your bills as well as determine what you will do with your apartment, house, car, pets, etc, because the closer you are to saying "yes" makes it easier for all parties involved. Can you imagine them offering you a job and you saying to them, well, I need a month or two to get my affairs in order.
goodbye, job!
I can say with personal experience, it’s a great great opportunity. I’ve been working 10 years on-and-off on various cruise ships.
Don’t pay any agency to "get you" a job. Go directly to the source: the salon companies.
Traveling the world and getting paid to do it is great.
Have fun, don’t give up, and make it a learning experience, even if you don’t make tons of money (who does!!?).
Make the most of each "contract". Your contracts are different than mine (in entertainment) – I think spa and salon girls do 4months (minumum) or 10months (maximum).
It’s great fun, day and night, on duty and off duty, and you’ll make a ton of friends from around the world.
Good luck.
