Please help, I applied for a cruise job and received a form from the following company (Sea Wave cruise line)?
I then checked under the scam companies, there's Sea Wave cruise Liner... I'm now not sure because the one that i mentioned first has a website that's valid and their law company is also valid.. Please clarify
Most scams have a very valid website. Otherwise it wouldn't be a well done scam. Remember a valid one isn't exactly that hard. Most people could go to geocities and within about 5 minutes create one. Many brides create one just for their wedding day.
I'm going to say your Sea Wave Cruise Line and Sea Wave Cruise Liner are the same scam. Wait til you get your letter thanking you for applying. If they tell you to just send money for them to review your resume, you'll have your proof then.

Never hear of them, and I am in total 17 years in the cruise industry/business. Below is a link, where people mention Sea Wave cruise line, indicating they are a scam.
Did you apply to them directly or, how did they get your application ?
If you did not apply to them – they are defenitely a scam.
They have strange pictures on their website – e.g. the ones which read : Crew hallway parties are taken in a passenger corridor (wall and ceiling panels, carpet on the floor and wooden handrails are rare in crew area on a passenger ship)
The list of salaries is strange. An AB does not make US$ 1500 – 1800, a Barwaitress does not make more than a Bartender. A systems manager does not make 5,600 – 7,000
What do they want from you now ? If they ask for money, forget it.
Ask them which international cruise lines they supplied crew to and see what they will anwer.
If they are an agency and ask for money for a job placement, tell them, that they will get the money when you have the job. (Meaning when you have signed on to the ship of your destination.
Good luck to you.

Best way to get a cruise line job is to go to the line’s website and look for the "employment" button. You don’t need to go through a third party.
