Royal Caribbean has the launch of the Oasis of the Seas which is huge, so lots of jobs there.  2010 there is still more new ships coming out, (Costa Cruise Line, has one coming out in January, Norwegian Cruise Line has there largest ship coming out in June 2010), with a further need for +-10 000 jobs to be filled, so lots of cruise line jobs available.

Whatever line of work you are in, you will find it on board. In the service industry part you rely mainly on gratuities, which if you think, people go on cruises to get away and have a great time! All you need to do is be happy, provide the service and chat to them, remembering there names as well.

Casino work is pretty good cruise employment, lots of free time while the cruise ship is in port, the casino has to close by law, there are some exceptions where they can open just before sailing. The jobs vary from slot technicians, casino dealers, cashiers, dealers earn good tips depending on where the ships are out of. Lots of fun and money as well, just deciding what job to do and being adventurous and getting out there.
