Does anyone know how to get a job with a cruise line?


I've been trying for the last month but I can't seem to get any responses. Anyone have any tips??
If you look at the cruise line websites most have career or employment pages, which show their vacancies and where to apply to: http://www.pocruises.com/Careers.axd http://www.cunard.co.uk/HR/ http://www.carnival.com/cms/fun/fun_jobs/fun_jobs.aspx http://www.royalcaribbean.co.uk/contentPage.do;jsessionid=0000q2ZBy_MuN3idwaylTV3H_R8:13dlht8th?pagename=Current_Vacancies http://www.mscgva.ch/contact/contact_page.html?zoom_highlight=careers Just a sample, and some of the links are pretty well hidden but they are on the website somewhere. Cruise lines do get an enormous amount of applicants, so it does take time and they do prefer people with previous experience who already have the necessary maritime qualifications.Good Luck.
