You will need to show a stable working history with excellent references within a quality group 5* Hotel with experience in Fine Dining and also some exposure to high volume catering or Banqueting. Alternatively if you are an experienced Executive Sous from a Hotel background with large volume cooking skills looking for a new challenge within a quality food operation then this opportunity could be just what you are looking for.
